Luxury 6 BR/4 BA Villa with Private Heated Pool and Spa located in prestigious Windsor Hills Resort, less than 2.5 MILES to DISNEY, Game Room, Extended Deck, Premium Lot, Pool facing southwest with plenty of sunshine, Mid Morning until Sunset, where you can enjoy relaxing park like views of private green area. During your stay, guests may enjoy all Resort amenities. Our Villa is located a short 8-10 minute walk just 800 meters from the Clubhouse. Resort Amenities include Double Olympic Lagoon-style Zero entry heated Pool and Separate Spa, Water Park with Dueling Slides, Splash zones, and plenty of fun water play activities for all ages to enjoy! 40-seat Cinema, Convenience Store/Grille, state of the art Fitness Center, Games Room with Billiards, Arcade Games, Table Tennis and daily activities. Several children's Playground areas located throughout the resort, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Sand Volleyball and Basketball Courts, Picnic Areas with Tables and communal Barbecue grills. Sporting equipment may be borrowed from the welcome center with ID and a small fee and or deposit.

Villa has been tastefully decorated with High quality imported furniture from England. Great for families with children! 2 King bedroom en-suites, each with private Bathroom; 2 Disney themed bedrooms each with 2 Twin size beds, 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Fully fitted granite kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Separate laundry room with washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron and hair dryer. Cable TV with standard Cable package, DVD player and DVD collection, Smart TVs, 60in TV in family room with extensive cable package, playstation in Twin bedroom. Private South / Southwest facing heated pool and spa (heating available at additional charges of $25 per day).

The entire pool and pool deck area receive sunshine from approximately 9;30AM until sunset. Villa backs onto a large green providing privacy to the pool / patio area. Please note that our pool deck area does not back directly onto other properties like most of the other properties. This will provide you with privacy to the pool deck area as well as the bedrooms on the back of the villa. Safety fence across pool.

Optional extras: pool / spa heating $25 per day, grill rental $70 per week (delivered with full propane tank) additional crib rental $85/week.
